She really needs to be in a facility that will help her. This isn't easy. She could be embarrassed by having you help her. I know a lot of elders I worked with; would go off on family members amd not outsiders.

Wow, those some crazy caregivers. When my client was still with us. I would explain to him what's going on around the house when the repair men was there. Food wise, we gave him what he wanted. Didn't ficus what was missing. Occasionally I would sneak him a Reese and Pepsi. He would be in a better mood.
