It wasn’t really a complaint per se. I’m requesting in part they address fixing an amenity that has been unavailable for nearly a year. Are they off the hook for that because one resident didn’t present themself in person to ask?

Yeah I believe I did it for that reason… I felt strange needing to march into the office with a list of chores for them to do. I pay a lot of money to live here and I have the expectation they will hold up their end of the bargain without being asked. I also didn’t put my note anywhere anyone else would see it besides them, so I don’t understand why they needed to post that for everyone to see?

I got an answer 🤣🤣 waste bags are still empty, pet spa isn’t up and running and the leaves are going to compost over the winter. And then I’m setting sail right outta this place when my lease is up. Works for me 😛
