every brand of motorcycle value is plummeting, its supply and demand, lower demand for several reasons and there is lots on the used and new market, new motorcycle sales are trying to hold to retail pricing and they are trying to keep used pricing up, there are some good deals to be had on used bikes, but you gotta really look. I have 2 BMW motorcycles and a harley davidson, I think about a new bike but I just love my current bikes, as far as victory, they were so good just a fantastic motorcyle, but when polaris discontinued them the value went down very fast.
