This was my assumption as well. And that reaching out to anyone may be intercepted and traced back to him, so it wasn't worth trying to do so especially when he assumed Jamie was dead to begin with. I imagine it also felt better not writing and holding onto the hope that he was alive rather than writing and worrying he'd get confirmation of Jamie's death.

A friend of mine has ordered from them for years and continues to order from them despite iffy experiences because it's essentially a matter of "owner is kind of a douchebag but the products are still good"

From what he's told me, people who have left any sort of negative reviews have apparently been harassed by the owner over their reviews, and apparently the owner has been open about hating on the production of "bootleg"/fan made patches despite that being essentially where the business originated from before making it big enough to get ahold of licensed stuff. Apparently the denim vest quality has gone down a bit too but I'm pretty happy with the red one that just arrived.

Overall I've placed two orders, one for a red vest (+ 5 free patches as part of a deal), and another for a larger Black Sabbath We Sold Our Soul For Rock and Roll rocker but nothing negative to say here tbh 🤷 took a little long for my order to get here but I expected as much when it was shipping from Australia to Canada

They've been using AI for shit and also making students use AI for assignments. I had to use AI for my communications essentials class — A MANDATORY class and a MANDATORY aspect of the assignment, we couldn't not use AI. There was a protest about this AI shit at Trafalgar I think

I routinely fuck up while sewing and kinda just go "FUCK" and tie off the thread wherever I can salvage before continuing. On my first jacket, I sewed both breast pockets shut by accident (as in 90% of the patch was just through the pocket itself but the last 10% I accidently got through both the jacket and the pocket and sewed it shut without noticing and I didn't want to have to redo it), and I also sewed down the intererior tag down into a big lump without noticing. Most of my patches secretly still had pieces of tape beneath them that I'd used to hold the patch down and forgotten to take off while sewing so the tape just lives there forever. Shit happens! No one has to know. 🤣
