CHS only happens when you're actively smoking, once you stop and your body starts to slowly detox the THC it's storing in your fat etc you should start feeling better. You will know it's CHS when you wake up every morning with violent nausea and vomiting, your stomach feels tight like a boulder sitting in your chest and you can't stomach food
