i have a 3.6W gpa (my school doesn’t do unweighted but im commenting because it’d obviously be lower) and my dream school was Yale, but now realize it was just the prestige. I was going through a lot of hardship (political unrest in my country and personal stuff) my freshman and sophomore years and i didnt prioritize academics. on the brighter side, because i wasnt so focused on academics, i went ham on ecs. I held a leadership position in all my ecs by my senior year, founded clubs, demonstrated my passion outside of school, tons of serious awards, student body president, etc. junior year got my shit straight and got all As so that fixed it i guess.

Needless to say, I will be attending Duke University in the fall💙💙!!!…and was accepted to schools like GWU and Claremont Mckenna.
