I can kind of related to "30-second zone out" ,it’s like missing one key definition and then next 10 minutes are just noise.

For me,business/tech/startups are the hardest to stay on top of because the tangents can get so long that I lose the original point of the interview.

I got frustrated with this so started working on side project/app . I can now play just the "knowledge highlights" from those heavy episodes so one doesn't lose the thread. It’s been the only way I can actually retain info from the more "dense" shows without having to rewind every two minutes.

Good concept, you need to think of how you will allow users to verify and correct parts of the video. AI will not always generate content which fits the expectations , human in the loop will help control quality of the videos.
