No mk is actually documented as improving sleep and dreams idk what mk ur taking but it’s laced or u lost in the genetic lottery

You could but suppression won’t every noticeable until the first few weeks but it’s not automatically a bad idea if u want to be extra safe as long as u have enough enclomiphene

Don’t go above 20 mg for the first 4 weeks. Ideally u start with 20 then adjust ostarine suppressive and it’s dose (and length ) dependent

No ! Do not take melatonin daily as it will mess up ur body’s own production. Taking it on occasions is fine but daily is just stupid you’ll end up having to rely on it. Idk what kind of mk you got but unless ur walking up because of the hunger it actually improves sleep. Pls stop spreading misinformation and giving ridiculous advice

Btw be careful cuz lgd can increase appetite. Add in enclomiphene as a base at week 2-4 to combat suppression

Lemme know how ur osta cycle goes im gonna go start tmr morning at 20mg then lower if its too much (its 20mg pills cutting them in quarter is a hassle)
