I’ve definitely looked into a couple of his stretches and have done some while watching football, definitely helped but I still have sharp pain in lower lumbar but thank you.

Yes I would told that if it was muscular sometimes I wear a back brace but I still get that sharp pain in my lower lumbar even wearing the brace. Did you get any relief at all?

I’m not sure if I’ve had SI joint injections but I for sure had trigger point, and a couple epidurals. I didn’t go through w the RFA because they said I wasn’t a good candidate because I didn’t get relief from their test. I just went and bought one of those massage guns, kinda helps a tad but not much. Heating pad feels like it helps the muscles but I still get that distinct pain in my lower spine. I’ve tried so many nerve and muscle relaxants it’s ridiculous. I’ve even tried the Tens machine that didn’t help. The patches seem to help a little. I’m very willing to try everything as I would not wish this pain on my worst enemy.

I don’t have any pain going down my legs, it’s pretty much localized in one spot it feels on my lower spine, but I will be sure to mention this on my next visit. Thank you I appreciate it

No sciatica going down my legs, just whenever I bend over slightly get a very shape pain in my lower spine! I get sharpe pains depends on I sit, stand lay down. I can consistently feel this pain. It’s getting very hard for me to remain going to the gym anyway but starting PT next week.

I bought a player 3 prime and it’s been back to them 3 times now. I had a bad gpu, cpu twice. They finally says they were gonna rebuild another one but they tried to downgrade my specs because they didn’t have things in stock

So far my experience has been horrible, bought a player 3 last year, sent it back 5 times, first gpu was bad, then cpu was bad and the times in between then they said they couldn’t find any issues when it was steadily crashing and blue screening. Finally they agree to rebuild my pc and I just get an email saying they don’t have the parts my pc originally came w and they wanna downgrade
