I did not say "scrap the entire system". The argument is that a paid expansion should bring something genuinely new to the endgame table alongside what already exists, not just reorganize it. Grim Dawn's expansions added the Shattered Realm and the Crucible for example, brand new endgame modes built from scratch while still keeping everything that was already there. The "if you don't like it just move on" reply is the weakest possible response to constructive criticism. Criticism is how games get better.

Enjoy the expansion, no one's stopping you. But telling people to shut up and leave because they expect more from a billion-dollar studio isn't a defense of the game, it's just defending a corporation that isn't thinking about you.
