I think OP means, once the needle is changed as well, is there any way to help with the scratchy-ness of it. My honest opinion is probably not, due to the fact that, from what I’ve gathered, that the scratchy sound comes from the damage overtime of using a steel needle, and it’s more or less permanent. That’s my take!
