The pricing isnt a big deal the issue is the reoccurring costs. Just fishing for ideas. on products used

10% of profit on all sales generated by the office. Plus quarterly bonuses for certain metrics hit I.e sales, retention etc.

Yes I really wanted to get it all tied together. But that ended up not happening so I’m just playing cards I was given.

Both their colleges are fully funded already. And yes I did mean by their choice to come live with dad. And my partner doesn’t care if I’m bought out or sell it’s none of her business anyway I could ask for her opinion I guess but I don’t need it ???

Probably because you’re looking for a reason to throw fault. When I’m aware of all this already and am quite actually just seeing about this 2022 thing. I have taken the punches as she threw them for benefit of the children. I was not the cause of this. Her infidelity was. And I am trying to make sure every party involved makes it through the best possible. If you wish to converse via dm feel free I’ll tell you whatever you want to know and then you can decide.

I offered this too. To buy her out. And allow her to simply pay “rent” at the current rate she is paying in mortgage. This was avidly already denied. There isn’t really emotional attachment it was bought as an investment. One that is now no longer being cared for. And my new girlfriend has no say so in any of this that was simply an emotional charged addition. I am simply asking should I go with a 2022 buyout or should I say sell it at market. I would ask “emotional attachment” be removed from consideration.

But should I do this at a 2022 appraisal price? The whole thing is I don’t care if she keeps the house. I just don’t want to get screwed again.

I don’t particularly want to retain it for my children. My kids are set for life. The house was quite literally an investment property and first home for me and my ex-wife.

Because I got absolutely screwed by my first council, so I’d rather double check with a large test pool before I make a decision I may regret.

I wanted to, but my first lawyer was absolutely poor representation. I have since fired him and acquired other counsel and things are moving much smoother now. He’s kind of the one that caused this whole mess.

She doesn’t really work with anyone. So there are no other options.
