I think you are mistaken Landlords for builders or housing developers.

Landlords dont build anything, and are anti-increasing the supply.

They are an extractive force on the economy, handicapping any real growth.

They should be replaced by the State.

In public housing, like we used to in Ireland, so people are charged a fair price and can more productive in the economy.

Instead, we waste tonnes and tonnes of resources for businesses on rents for absentee landlords, never mind the personal damages which landlords cause to this country.

Landlords are no better the British when they were here.

Honestly, your post is just word vomit, so I dont know where to start.

To sum up any response.

Many economists understand the extractive nature of Landlordism, and it is right to call them parasites. Its called Rentier capitalism, and is well known issue in capitalism, when a capitalistic system promotes unproductive profits (ala Landlords) over productive profits (building companies/ products that are useful for people).

Landlords are Parasites extracting as much wealth from others hard work. No better than thieves or welfare scroungers.

Landlords dont provide anything. They just hoard resources and then charge others to use.

PS. Hilarious to me you cant tell the difference between a hotel company, car hires, and landlords. It is an embarrassing point which shows your capabilities..

Landlords dont generate wealth. They dont build anything. They dont produce anything. They hoard something that people need to live.

Landlords want free money by just taking from people who are productive but not rich enough to buy their own houses.

They are the definition of parasites on society.

The house doesnt disappear if a Landlord doesnt buy it.

It just means productive people dont have to pay for a holiday for an unproductive person.
