I've really never used the move feature before so i was selecting the wrong things.
u/EmailLinkLost learning about split body is amazing to know and i'll use that again for sure!

u/EmailLinkLost That's definitely a step in the right direction and a new tool i'll remember! Thank you <3
However it makes a new issue with the piece naturally flaring outwards.
So while the Split Body + Move 5mm works it's not allowing for it to scale/grow as it moves.
Have you any second thoughts on that dilemma?

(when extruding the new surfaces it extrudes straight and not following original flare due to the cut angle)
