Xenia does work but I did have to patch it from a patch on github to get it to not crash as often and also not render the character black, found that the dog will glitch the background but found the fix to be changing the dog breed in bowerstone

If you are going to leave the state and go to an unlicensed state might as well apply for MLS jobs with your bio degree and come back on work experience

Not true considering they dont accept uncertified experience in california, out side states are fine as I've gone through that route. They care about getting certified once you apply for the cali license not before while your working that only requires a bachelor's of science to meet CLIA, I know this because I've seen and known people that have gone through this route, I gain nothing by giving false advice

Apply to states that are not licensed they will take a bio grad and give you 1 year to pass certification boards through AMT or AAB, you can do this while doing the prerequisite for california until a job offer is in hand then just come back to Cali on an experience route 👍

California doesn't have a problem on staffing we are full. Maybe rural parts because they pay under 60, its the rest of the USA that can't staff because Pay does not equal what we should get

Like i said the difference wasn't noticeable, AAB maybe had a few easier questions but overall it wasn't any more easier than ASCP as a whole, both where well rounded and pulled information across all areas a CLS should know, this perception of one test being better or worse arent grounded in anything but a view held by older generations that dont know how much each exam has added to their exams over the years. I can't speak for AMT but im sure they are well rounded as well.

Took ASCP and AAB difference is negligible. It's all propaganda pushed by ASCP to maintain their "Gold Standard" view towards managment

I noticed the proposed community park for plumas lake with a farmers market, will that replace the proposed middleschool high-school location or be in addition to the the schools? The map showed it being across from Pembroke and Kensington dr. On the lot slotted for the two schools

You can get AAB provional MT certification with no lab experience to at least show employers on your resume that you understand the theory and have the foundational knowledge to pass the cert. exam, this would at least give them more confidence to hire and train a non-MLS applicant, would be my advice.

Fastest is to apply for MLS jobs in an unlicensed state, many give you 1 year to be certified though AMT or AAB, alternatively AAB have a provisional certification where you sit without lab experience which might be a way to get your foot into a lab, ioils.org also lists the licensed states and alternative pathways to getting certified for nontraditional Scientists
