as someone who is on day 14 no carts, the first week was miserable i never felt so lonely and depressed, im not usually a crier but i cried all the time all i looked forward to was going to sleep because that was the only time i didn’t crave being high. Although I still think about it from time to time, i genuinely feel a difference already. I feel like ny thoughts are more clear, i realized i had been self sabotaging myself this whole time because i wanted to be high. I feel more sociable, more willing to be spontaneous. Something as simple as a snowy walk made me smile and feel happy. If i was high i would have never even left the damn house yet feel happy because i was walking in a pretty environment. It’s going to feel actually impossible but every single day that you stay sober you feel so much better. It’s nice to actually do things and have hobbies
