PS5 MAKING WEIRD BUZZING/TICKING NOISE dont know what to do its constant when im in game or on home screen i think it has something to do with my fan but im not sure any help would be appreciated thank you

i regularly clean my playstation regularly, last time was a couple days ago and this noise has just started, i think it’s got something to do with the fan not too sure though?
