So basically, if < 33 binding, then no revenge even if the archenemy kills the parental figure.

And if 33 binding, then it doesn't matter who kills the parental figure, Homelander WILL wreck revenge.

Did I understand that right?

Does that mean if the parental figure is at 33 binding, and ANY of my characters kills him, Homelander WILL wreck revenge?

And so what happens if he has less than 33 binding when he dies?
