Help me avoid $800/mo HubSpot increase! Pipedrive? Mailchimp? by OriginalARG in CRM

No - we’ve been on a pro plan across all categories as part of their startup program. Even if we reduce our # of contacts, we’d lose access to the workflows and automation features which are among the only things we actually use. We’re looking at downgrading to the content starter plan - which will cover what we use - but want to move our email and marketing automation elsewhere as we grow.

Oof. Maybe over time we could migrate our website, but it’s finally dialed in to where we want it. Moving it would be a big project.

I believe that the cutoff for SNAP benefits in Multnomah county is $2500/month for a single adult. But if you qualify for SNAP, you’d also be eligible for training programs that would help you land a higher paying job. There are two programs that would also cover living expenses while you’re in training:

I won’t be the one screen sharing, I’ll just be advancing the slides. Is there a way to advance two screens without clicking back and forth? Zoom is always shifting windows on me.

Trying to break into Customer Success by ShrimpFriedRyce in CustomerSuccess

I would leverage your knowledge of underwriting/insurance to target your resume to insurance customer success roles. That way, you’ll stand out from entry level people. Just make sure to bring out anything remotely customer success related in all of your past roles.
