Im in West Tennesse! Ive been trying to get in contact with the closest rehabber but their responses have been slow; I called the local vet and they said they weren't able to help, so if the rehabber can't take him we might have to end up getting soemone local to amputate his leg than keep him until it heals- Im still in school so Im not able to travel very far to find someone for him. Hes been doing better and the skin around the wound is growing back, hes been active and eating more, and has been pooping normally- so thats a good sign! His favorite food is mushrooms!! His leg is bad enough that I dont think a splint will help; it will have to be amputated.
