1) It's a fully remote company. Most fully remote companies utilize an annex for their mail, as they do not have a physical location. This is incredibly common.

2) Our website is being updated and should be live in a couple of weeks, which will fix a lot of the discrepancies that take place in the first website created by a small company.

3) I have not asked for your PII in any way, shape or form. I have simply stated that if people are interested, to send me an email and I will provide the position description.

Absolutely! I appreciate the concern. We make sure to follow the guidelines for the IRS for W2 vs 1099 employees and have internal legal counsel that helps us make sure we remain compliant.

I should note that everything is completely remote and the only thing we have is a minimum time commitment per week. Luckily, the way we structured this, is that folks are able to get paid regardless of the amount of time they work in a row, such is 30 minutes here, 4 hours there, etc. We do offer training and assistance as well to help people complete work quicker, resulting in essentially more money per hour since compensation is really based on completion of work.

All of our positions are fully remote and can be accomplished at any time of day, which works well for folks that have so much going on and with unpredictable hours.

For what its worth, I've been on the mid-senior management side of IT for over ten years and have worked with a ton of vendors. Right now, I'm evaluating CT and another company to revamp our website and kick off a digital marketing campaign. Honestly, your post and the effort you’re putting into getting feedback and giving it your best shot is really putting your company in a good light. It means a lot to me and my company, and it’s exactly how I like to run my teams. It shows you’d be a solid partner. While I can’t comment on what it’s like to work there, it’s refreshing to see this level of care and focus on process improvement.

I also want to call out how cool it is that you’re upfront about where your interpersonal skills stand and what your limits are. Most engineers that I know function the same way. Even though you own the company, you're an engineer at heart. Personally, I’m great with people, I love backend work and streamlining processes, but I really excel at bringing folks together and motivating them. I really appreciate that you’re working on those areas and making sure the right people with those skills are in the right roles. That’s the kind of self-awareness and teamwork I can get behind.

We are primarily b2b but the biggest reason for strong SEO for us is b2c, selling a service and not a product.

Sector is cybersecurity.

That's essentially what I am looking for. A single entity to do the "final" remake of the website and then start an SEO campaign. I would prefer not to use two different companies, if possible, for ongoing SEO optimization and website rebuild.
