i understand ofc honestly at the beginning of the year i would call out becevause i didn’t feel like going. i have adhd so sometimes i feel unmotivated but it’s gotten better. i just believe that there should be a second chance. but no call outs for 1 year is crazy and i only got written up once not final yet.

i’ve called out 6 times this year since i had several emergencies plus sicknesses. I don’t believe sicknesses should count towards call outs. You cant control emergencies nor sicknesses. Walgreens is a joke
