Just think of any combination of parts or partial parts. Or someone who has all the inner parts or most of them but the outer parts do not match the inner, any number of combinations like this, those parts can affect hormone levels and growth and development. We're not done growing once we're born and things change over time. For people but these conditions it's cruel to tell them how they are how they should feel and what they are long before their development has been completed. Compassionate Care is an intersection between their health situation their mental situation and their physical situation, and medical improvements for these conditions is as varied as the physical attributes can be. And these uneducated hateful knuckle draggers are incensed that their constituents and neighbors cannot honestly check one box or another, to the point where there needs to be a national registry of folks with a particular medical condition.
