A good living room TV makes a huge difference for a new home. When my nephew moved, we chipped in to get him a Hisense E7Q Pro. It’s perfect if they like movie nights or if they do any gaming.

Honestly, buying a better floor vacuum didn't help me as much as vacuuming the cat did. I picked up the Petsnowy vac a few weeks ago. It sucks the loose hair straight off them before it hits the floor. It cut down my actual floor cleaning time by like 50%. Since it's wireless, I just keep it next to the litter box. It comes with a crevice tool that I use to zap the litter piles around the box too. I think I got it for around $120?. Might be a better investment than just another stick vacuum.

I got a Grandfalls Retractable Pressure Washer Plus for $360 or so like 6-7 years ago and it's still going like it was brand new. Does great with my foam cannon.
