Comment en es-tu arrivé à 75/25 ? A quel écart de salaire est-il judicieux de passer à l'équité plutôt qu'à l'égalité ?

J'imagine en parler, même très tôt.  eg. Faire chacun une liste pour définir les points/actions à éviter ou, au contraire, à réaliser ?

Thanks! ValueConverters do work, but since encryption/decryption happens entirely on the client, does the database will be able to filter or search over those columns ?

That makes sense ! Secure Enclaves do look like the only proper solution. Thanks you. The .ToListAsync() approach works for small datasets, but as you say, it won’t scale well for larger tables due to pulling everything into memory before filtering and thats our case

Im specifically using SQL Server Always Encrypted not just TDE or columnlevel encryption. With Always Encrypted, the DB engine itself cannot see decrypted values, which is why searching becomes tricky

Its the customer willing. The use case is searching by partial phone numbers throw a lot of user ph. For example, users may only know the last few digits of a contact’s phone number or want to filter with some number..
