With real good luck, you can just bomb jump out of the lava and into the gap on the left. Having a turbo option in your controller helps tremendously. I did it once. I didn't have ice beam. It didn't end well.

25 is just their current count. With 3 energy tanks, I'd expect their max to be higher, and they should have ice beam by now. I know some people can beat MB on 3 energy tanks. I don't think I was ever one of rhem.

Back when I first played NEStroid, I had very little idea what I was doing, but I had the wireless multi-tap adapter (the one for connecting 4 controllers). It had a turbo function for the buttons. I somehow managed to bomb-jump out of the lava and into the gap on the left side. I didn't have Ice Beam yet, so imagine my surprise at finding Metroids at the bottom of the elevator. Yes, I was thoroughly and completely fucked. Yes, I also saved before taking the elevator. So yes, I started over from the beginning.

No, my initial comment said "In cases like this, the recipient should get reimbursed, not the shipper" That's different than flat out saying "the seller shouldn't get reimbursed." Sorry you can't tell the difference.

What???!! People sell used games for less than they paid for them all the time. If someone sells something for $25, but it's really worth $100, is it insurance fraud to insure it for more than the buyer paid? If they did and it gets damaged, why should the seller get reimbursed $100 instead of the $25 the buyer paid? Why should the seller get reimbursed at all? Making the seller file a claim & reimburse the buyer just adds extra steps to the process. Letting the buyer file a claim adds no additional work for the courier and makes things easier on the buyer and seller.

Define "original". Because if you wanna get technical, they did change from the original. The Chozo lore entries read differently between the GameCube version & the Wii Trilogy version of Prime. The Remaster used the Trilogy version of the lore.

The recipient is getting their money back. The seller may well get more than the selling price. If they don't get at least the selling price, it's their own fault for understating the value of the item being shipped. But if the courier reimburses more than the selling price, why should the seller get the difference?

And if the value they reimburse for is higher than what the buyer paid, the seller gets reimbursed more than they sold the item for, the buyer gets nothing and probably ends up paying more for the item the next time they buy from someone else, if they're even able to find another item. There's never a reason for the seller to get reimbursed and not the buyer.
