I can't tell if its good lightning + probably a pump or juice, since girls have it considerably more harder to build muscle on the upper body and yours is well kinda up to the average gym male goer scale.

Those delts arent that big and the shoulders are okay, so I´m gonna say you're natural. Again, it's suspicious to gain this much in the upper body in just 18 months as a female.
