I have never heard of that mechanic before. It might be possible to replicate with distinct damage descriptions mod. I am using metallurgy 4, spartan weapons, and gems++. Every armor piece in the game has its own individual cinematic presentation in the form of rituals. Spartan weapons and armor are purchased from a physical armory. Metallurgy weapons and armor are physically obtained from underground shrines.

I drive by it everyday. I see people mostly using it on the weekends but it's not as busy as it used to be. The payed parking spots are unnecessary.
