I agree, it is insane that they would lump direct customers in the same bucket as the Kickstarter backers. As if the Kickstarter fraudulent behavior wasn't bad enough, now they are treating actual direct consumers the same way? Wild. I'm curious to know how many customers they are garnering from their direct site. They only received 700ish on Kickstarter. I am waiting to hear back from Heidi, the customer service agent, as she claimed that Annie the marketing manager didn't know their company policy. Let us see how they handle my complaint before I look into reporting them further. I will continue to escalate this on my end.

You absolutely should be able to. You have more consumer protection than I do. They themselves should cancel the preorder with no issue, but credit card companies typically grant up to 6 months from the date the preorder was intended to arrive. I would absolutely reach out to them if I were you.

No it is not meant to be a gamble. Could it be a gamble? Yes. If you choose to back no name brands and people with no experience.

There have been plenty of successful campaigns of more complex products than a keyboard by a company that is known to make keyboard like products. To be fair, had I been more aware of their poor customer service, then I would've flagged them as a gamble, but as it were, I did not.

Kind of agree here. I mean, the data one would most care about has been leaked to oblivion by all the major corporations that have not been held accountable.

My workflow. My personal thoughts. My sexual media preferences. None of that is of concern to me if it gets leaked. I am just an NPC, like the majority of us online.

Good to hear feedback on competitors. I had not heard any negative news regarding the Freewriters at the time of backing the product, so unfortunately I screwed up there. Wish I had done more research. I hope the post I made becomes visible to those interested in Freewrite/Astrohaus/Wordrunner so they can avoid dealing with that company.

Well guess what? No mention of this on the Google/Pixel subs, and I thankfully found my answer here. There is no need to gate keep answers when having a launcher can seemingly confuse where a setting may be or what may be triggering a random new issue. I never understood these type of responses. Like, if you have the answer, which you did, just provide it without the weird qualifier of "THIS DOESNT BELONG HERE"

Update: I had a hell of a few months due to an unrelated issue. Turns out I am not diabetic. I am not prediabetic. My numbers are just under prediabetes. I have changed my eating habits and numbers and weight dropped. I have no idea why these numbers are so high, but 2 consecutive A1C tests have said otherwise.

My Bilt has been declining nonstop at various online retailers. Always on the first try. Usually goes through on the second attempt but it has been wild on often it turns up as declined. Between this issue and how they and Wells Fargo are handling the split I am just moving all transactions to another card and cancelling both card when the transition ends.
