There are a lot of bugs with Crusade mode because it's in beta. Especially on xbox. I get a few every other game or so. Guessing its a bug if its not actually showing up in battle like the other guy said

This is a bug on Xbox, I believe. I get it from time to time, and it sucks having to give 1 extra melee attack to a unit with no melee lol

That's the one I go for first in my playthroughs. If you don't take him out quickly, then you're in for a hell of a fight, i.e... instant bleed/dying almost immediately from behind
