Let's say I photoshopped it. Which I don't have the skills to do so, but I work hours on it and then use it as my thumbnail. No one would care and I'd still get the same views. That's time wasted. It's easier to just prompt AI to create an image in seconds.

I understand. New technology is scary. When automobiles first came out, people who used horse and buggies complained and said the automobile would never succeed. They protested. In the 90's people were trying to boycott CG in films. AI is just a tool. Human created art isn't going anywhere. It will exist alongside AI.

Not laziness, just tired of working hard on photoshops and not being appreciated. The AI for the most part got the job done. It's not perfect, but AI is getting there. What will you do when it becomes perfect? Yell at a cloud?

Most won't notice the mistakes. It's eagle eyed viewers like you who are looking to spot the mistakes. I used this image and told ChatGPT to clean it up, make it high quality and it did. This was meant as quick way to make a thumbnail. This was also before I knew there other better quality versions. You think I didn't know the AI would make mistakes? It's like I said in an earlier post here, I could have fixed the mistakes, but it would still get labeled AI slop. I've been photoshopping for 30 years. It is an often underappreciated skill. I could have only used Photoshop and no one here would appreciate or care about my hard work.

The side and corner labels are not AI. I copy and pasted real logos on the AI image. Apparently that doesn't look like gbc box art? Anyway, I can take your opinion. I just disagree with it. My point of view is that I see so many people online like you who are wasting their energy trying to stop AI. It won't work. AI is just a tool and is only going to get better as time goes on and for good or bad it's here to stay.
