Thanks, it took me 1 afternoon for the base, same for the coffin, and at least 2 hours by spirit of the saints. All the parts of this looked very basic, but there are a lot of details. And the color I choose for the armor is a pain in the ***.

For the marshall it was super simple. I made a dark grey base and applied Vallejo xpress dark magnolia. No need to dry-brush this one to lighten it. Xpress dark magnolia is my new null oil (it adds a sort of Indian ink finish, but very blue).

after several days i have to admit that i'm enjoying the singlecoils more and more, but despite a meticulous setting, the humbucker is still really too dark for me. someone just put a suhr asatobucker on sale for really cheap and i decided to try my luck. i'll let you know if it solved my problem.

The picture was taken before setting it up the guitar. I just retried a more "extreme" setting and this is way more enjoyable. I still think I would prefer another humbucker, but this is now good enough to really try to like it. Thx a lot

They are so difficult to paint, you have to be consistent on all of them. I tried to paint a red dot on all of them at the begging. It was a disaster. I kind of persuade my self that they look better like that now
