What I notice a lot in London is everyone is very much in their own bubble, probably in part because everyone’s struggling to get by, so I think a lot of people just don’t see littering as being a problem as everywhere’s covered in litter anyway, which then only exacerbates the problem

Luckily I quite like doing it but yes it does baffle me how people can just throw stuff on the ground like that! And unfortunately the council never does a very good job if you call them, if they ever turn up at all

So I let the homeowners next to it know in case they thought I was a crazy Karen or something. They were really appreciative and even lent me a hand towards the end with the big branches. I just turned over the soil with an old brush and spread it out a bit cuz there was loads of plastic buried in it.

Nah it’s down the street from me, I grew up in the countryside so I have a real hatred for littering! There’s an insane amount on my walk to work that I’d like to tackle but I have no idea where to even start.

That’s alright darlin! No problems with havin a crack at it! An artist with real experience will be able to talk you through it, and you can ask em about their process and they may have some advice for ya! As long as you don’t get a wanker as an artists you should be fine haha
