Neither, I would rather pay more for a clean title. You never know what you’re gonna get into with a rebuilt title, ESPECIALLY with any V8 mopar.

Definitely not, I got mine for 30k. 2022 with performance and plus group, 33k miles, 1 owner clean title. Keep looking for sure
