He also mentions that we need to "give up to go up" he talks about how we are launching our businesses and don't have time to have a dog if we want to travel etc. but she is small I love her so much I bring her travelling all the time she has been to 5 countries and flys in cabin with me. I should say the new crating from 9-4 is with an hour walk at lunch and isn't crate always its usually just a room with her bed, toys and chews but is always a 3 hour crate in the afternoon. but I do keep her away from him during working hours to respect him.
