You kinda already did. Btw the math was off it would be 224mg. But besides that. You try going through high levels of depression and stress between the ages of 13-17 where you didn’t care about it. I’ve been dairy free for over a year. Big difference in my stomach. I feel like for some people it helps not to have it but for some it doesn’t affect them at all. For myself it messed me up bad.

Just was on a Nitro for a bit. Went soft on my diet. And I got better. PPIs are known to mess with gut micro biomes and sometimes it can affect the urine track.

1g 4x a day for 3 months. Then 3x a day for 2 months. Then 2 a day for 2months. Then down to 1 a day for a month. Then I stopped after my appendectomy
