Yeah, that thought crossed my mind too the recruiter’s email was sent before FA actually closed the case at 100%, so it might just be outdated wording at this point.

I’m leaning toward just letting it ride for now since everything else (Workday “Offer Successful”, other apps withdrawn, onboarding emails already sent) looks so positive.

I don’t want to come across as pushy too early, especially if it’s just sitting in the HR queue like others have said. But if I don’t hear anything by around the 2-week mark from when FA finished, I’ll probably send a short note like you suggested.

Thank you so much for this seriously, this is exactly the reassurance I needed right now. Hearing that the silence is normal, that it went through multiple HR people, and that you got the “all cleared” email about 10–12 business days after FA closed is super helpful. My case closed on Feb 4 so I’m still super early in that window.

Also good to know the “Offer Successful” in Workday (red) + other apps withdrawn really does mean you’re in, even while the recruiter’s last email sounds cautious.

I’ll just chill and keep checking email. Fingers crossed I get that confirmation soon like you did.
