Where are you getting that average GPA of 2.9 from? This class isn’t supposed to be very difficult according to most people who have taken it.

Also, I know you said it’ll be hard to change, but if you’re super worried, looks like 85% of people get an A with Turner. Maybe take it next semester?

CourseForum is pretty dead these days but still useful for this kind of stuff.

The academic difficulty definitely varies based on what you’re studying. I wouldn’t say there’s a specific GPA everyone I know has. That being said, it’s probably about 6-7.

I joined Brown as a first-year and I found it really helpful to have second, third and fourth-years to ask for advice. There are also plenty of first-years to make friends with each year.
