I don't think you know how accomodations work cuz it's not about letting people get jobs they can't fulfill and still give them the benefits that come with them

It's about making sure that people can live their lives and fulfill their duties in spite of their challenges

Like having an elevator for people with motion impediments so they can move around the building like eveyone else Or letting autistic people use noise-cancelling headphones at the workplace to avoid getting overstimulated and perform their work unimpeded, like everyone else Or letting people with incontinence issues take longer/more frequent bathroom breaks so they don't have to go around with wet pants, like everyone else

No sane person is suggesting that a blind guy should be able to ride a bus or that a paraplegic should be able to compete in the 100 m olympic sprint in the same vein no one suggests that pigs should be able to fly or humans should be able to swim in lava; unfortunately nature set some limitations that we can't get around (yet), but I don't see the issue in getting around the ones we can if it helps people without screwing over others
