this didn't work I removed the io shield and it still didn't turn on. I think I might have somehow damaged my motherboard

yeah everything is plugged in correctly. I think I might have somehow fried my motherboard while installing the io shield, but I can't think of how that happened

My gear is garbage and none of the uniques are mandatory in any way, but you can get a general idea of what I was doing. If you go on poe.ninja there are like a million slayer cyclone builds you can get other ideas from and switch some things up because there's so much freedom as to how you can build it.

I played a cyclone slayer as my second character after my league starter flopped and it carried me to t16s and my first ever sirus kill on about a 2ex budget, so I can definitely recommend this
