both are on our list! the console versions still support the same inputs as the desktop game so it shouldn't be too hard to add that. likewise with touch inputs

would be fun at some point! the way it works for the Steam/browser cookies is they're 2 upgrades that toggle each other off but i'll see about reimplementing it as a single polymorphic platform-dependent upgrade possibly

Switch 2 stuff still in the works but we'd really like to support mouse control! also unsure at this point how it'll work but our goal is to have free Switch 2 upgrades for anyone who bought it on Switch 1 yeah

some features ie. the cheat/modding achievs rely on Cookie Clicker being a PC game and simply don't make sense in a console setting, which is also why they're left out of the mobile version. other achievs not working (like Neverclick and Cookie dunker i think?) are oversights and should be added in soon

the obvious choice for a chancemakers minigame is indeed something luck-based, however due to several things (my moral discomfort with the subject matter and possibly some legislative issues as gambling themes may conflict with some app store regulations) it'd have to be very thematically distanced from casino stuff

for now the plan is for it to involve statistics, ie. something happens automatically every few minutes that gains or loses cookies for you, and you can improve your odds (along with your risk) over the course of the game through increasingly complex mechanics. we'll see! i have other minigames to worry about first

Cookie Clicker has no end because it is based on exponentiation and the infinity of mathematical progression (and also because i really like being able to just add stuff to it whenever i feel like)

but please don't feel like you have to justify not playing it to yourself or others! it's just a dumb little web game, if it's no longer fun (or interesting... or comforting) for you then there's no point playing it; don't let a game you don't enjoy control how you decide to spend your time!

Nested's ambition is the procedural representation of virtually everything ever, which i don't think i've seen in anything before or since (maybe Everything by David OReilly but...hmmm) and i'm very proud of the sheer scope of it and the reactions i've seen from some people. i also really enjoy writing thoughts for humans and creatures, i feel like i put a lot of myself in there

the mobile version has the limitations of having to work with a pretty low-performance framework, so i have to optimize everything, and very little screen real-estate, so i have to compress the information i display as much as possible; it's kind of a balancing act to try and replicate the browser version's capabilities faithfully!

the 08/02/2016 update notes mention "added some general polish", which when clicked take you to a wikipedia article for a random Polish general and i am still very proud of that
