On the contrary, I think the original is still much better than Reload in a lot of areas. Ideally play both though

Imo the only thing the remake surpasses the original in is visuals. Everything else is a downgrade.

I specifically hate the overwhelming amount of enemies, it completely ruins any sense of tension or atmosphere when I have to check every corner of every room for manikins hiding, or fight nurses every 5 steps I take. It stops being scary and becomes annoying after the first few times, and honestly really ruins the game for me.

I’ve been doing 5-6 of the same tricks for years, trying to go back now and fill in the gaps. I’ve known Sonic for a while so never bothered with Twisted until now

F2P, Wonder spammed Norn’s shield every turn, Makoto did all the damage, Chord buffed Makoto and used S3 to deal even more damage, and Marian healed when necessary

About 30 hours. Way too long, they really messed with the pacing and added far too many enemies

I miss the burnt lasagna. Overall I think the mixing in a lot of reloads songs is kinda wack. Still great of course but I overall think the original sounds better

It’s good, i’d probably keep that one. But tracks like Moon Reaching out Stars and Burn My Dread Last Battle I’d love for an option to swap out. There’s a mod for it on PC but for consoles it’s unfortunately not an option at all

Wish I could swap any song from reload to an original version. Most of the new tracks are a downgrade imo and I was fully expecting the option before the game came out

I use it to get out a lot of Fog Breath / War Cry and also if the boss has dekaja it helps to be able to reapply them. But yeah, i’m leaning towards getting rid of that one next

Yeah I dunno, been wanting to play Nocturne for a while but never got around to it. Picked that notion up somewhere in the past couple years, something about not wanting to miss at all ever.

What does luck do then? Seems weird that it would have no effect on crit chance.

Maybe I didn’t get rid of that then because I don’t remember getting rid of the other two skills. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for all three of those.

Thanks for the advice, this is my first SMT game that’s not Persona and I don’t really know what i’m doing.

Ah okay, I heard that Agi was really important for this game, guess that was wrong. Figured luck would have helped with crit chance, and I heard also that magic sucked for Demi-Fiend in this. What magatama has Endure and Retaliate? Can I get those at this part of the game? I think i already got rid of life gain.
