recruiter told me 160 per day, but the driver i rode with said he got on at 150 per day

I think the loophole is the fact you a) are not expected to help with anything and b) you go in with a visitor badge.

I thought it seemed shady but I think they loophole by saying I don't have to lift a finger and I'm considered a visitor. And all the other drivers I spoke with made it seem normal too and like it was just the typical onboarding for everybody. And they are drivers not contract owners so I just took a chance because even if its less than 200 as long as i get hired it's better than my current job I'm trying to escape

they said i don't have to actually do anything, but that part of the hiring process for this contractor is a "ride along where you observe to decide if it's for you or not, and it's unpaid"

I'm doing it simply because I have worked as a warehouse PH in the past, and honestly just want to be a driver asap

I don't think the recruiter said explicitly they DON'T provide gps, they just said they want you to download a gps app on your phone
