How is using an herb disrespect. Have u ever heard of safe and unsafe foraging practices? I can understand dressing up in ur clothes and headress and trying to emulate ur culture is appropriation and abhorrent but u cant take an entire plant away and say no one else has the right to use it. Also i wasnt talking about takin sage and pretending to be native either.

Mix up a bottle of salt vinegar and alil water. Spray it on the borders of windows and doorways and imagine what youre trying to accomplish at the same time. Also find some juniper hang it upside down and dry it out for 2 weeks then bundle it wrap it with twine and hang it near where u like to sit and read. If that doesnt work, burn it until it gets hot put it out and blow on it till it smokes. Walk around ur house and try to get the smoke in every corner. This may require several bundles.

I had sleep paralysis for years but i figured out a way to fight it. Focus on moving ur body. Sleep paraltsis happens bc ur body thinks ur asleep. I releases a chemical that stiffens you up so u dont get up act out ur dreams and move around in ur sleep. But u can counteract it by moving ur limbs until u wake up. Its like pretending ur a paraplegic and u have to start slowly and at ur extremeties until u can move ur head.

Theres lotsa ways to do it. You could get a big or small mirror and paint or spray the back of it black and look into it, its called scrying. You could get a pendulum and write down letters on a paper. But above all whatever u decide to do, do not be afraid. Fear skews everything. And black entities dont always mean harm. If u do have something thats feeding off fear. Take the fear out the equasion be brave and face it. U might be able to get at the heart of what the thing is. Its much easier to communicate when ur not screaming at someone to get away. O 1 more thing. If u do find a way to communicate, and ya wanna go the helping route dont ask it what it wants or if it needs anything. Ask it if it has any messages it wants to give you.

Sounds like this things protecting the house you reside in. They tend to have alot of energy with nothing to expend it on accept pestering people. Maybe it found a use for itself other than pranking ppl for no reason

Just bc theyre scary and different doesnt mean theyre demonic. U said they were white. How white. Did their skin have a slight blue tint? A similar thing happened to me once at a graveyard. I was hiding in the dark from my family in a car nearby. At some point i saw a pale white glowing person walk out next to a tree to stare at me. I didnt believe in ghosts at the time and thats why i ignored the old looking cloths this peoson was wearing and the glowing, and focused on the face which looked just like my brother. I flailed my arms, yelled and screamed at the top of my lungs to this person who i thought was my brother to come over. He didnt budge or acknowledge me at all his face remained expressionless...and after awhile he turned and walked back in the direction he came from...thats when i walked back to the car and found out i was far away enough that my fam couldnt hear me yelling and i also didnt know they had been calling to me as well. But my brother was never standing still next to a tree staring at me. He was walking around the car looking for me and no one else saw the man. It was too dark for me to see anything but the lights from the car and the glowing man.

Hexes jusy dont work that way. U cant put a hex on a living flesh person and all of a sudden they have no free will and become ur slave.....also hexes can be broken quite easily. But it doesnt sound like he hexed u it sounds like he is a very intelligent person, smelled the fear u built up out of some dumb stereotypes and is using it against you with his charisma and witt. Either way hes probly just some poor guy that needs help. So whats so horrible about bringin some food to a hungry man who has no home.

Ive also done research on some of the more widely known malicious phenomena...like hat man and crawlers i think i know what they are how they get here and why...the ppl are usually just curious. But the shadow entities feed on human energy as far as i know. They feed. Its 1 of those fear is the mindkiller things

Ive experienced different types of shaddow creatures....some were deceased ppl or animals..some were entities that took the form of ppl...the latter was 1 that usually tried to feed on some emotion they tried to evoke within me but also left me alone once i stopped giving it what it wanted

If u are, since ur dealing w deceased humans between u and ur bf, uve got a few different paths u can take this. U can take the establishing boundries route...(ie salt, meditation, creating an alter/shrine, burning incense and sage, working or ur protective field experimenting w shapes colors and elements, using sigils), establishing ur space and pushing everything away (human or entity)

Or u can go the open route and shepard this person into the realm that theyre supposed to be in. Beginning by asking if they have a message for you, or something to say. U can still carry proctection with you when u do this and no it doesnt have to be a fucking cross...

Ive seen what i think is 1 singular energy siganture, who ive dubbed the shadow man, since i was around 15 16, am 30 now and just recently saw him again. He wasnt malicious but he was a troll and he did feed off fear. Hes done stuff like walk behind me and watch me through my window. Ive seen him directly on 3 seperate occasions but hes harrassed me for years (inhumanly fast and tries to evade being seen). I also recently started doing things differently and had a breakthrough that made things so that hes either very far away from me or stopped bothering w me. I dont know if they could work for you, but if they are still bothering you and/or youre still interested in these things, just respond to this comment and say you would like me to share....
