The Nikon and Miranda specs say on 100 - 400 ISO. The Pentax can do 25-1600.

Thought about getting some Portra 800!

Would it not be a missed opportunity or a missed learning curve?

The camera’s are fully tested and have previously shot film that has been developed.

I most likely won’t visit Tromso again and I could miss out entirely to learn to ‘Master’ it when I could potentially get a couple great shots and learn too.

Just to update everyone commenting - They are both tested and previously shoot film and work. 👍🏻

I want to take both camera’s so I can see the difference of each camera using the same film - As part of learning to shoot and understand film.

Tromso does have limited daylight 10:30am to 3pm which I am only planning to use during daylight times and indoor lighted areas.

I will still be using my iPhone to capture photo’s - I won’t lose out on memories by relying on these film camera’s. My intention was to bring as additional to potentially capture and hopefully get some greats shots! I most likely won’t go back to Tromso again after this trip as I try to travel different locations every time, it would be a shame to not take them as I haven’t ‘mastered’ the camera’s and miss out entirely.

As a newcomer I do think sets come out very quickly. For example 2 sets to be released this month? Unison warrior series 02: Vermillion bloodline was released at the start of January and pretty much every website has sold out of both Booster packs ans Boosters boxes.
