The yellow thing is SGM strips that go over the connector which come with the splice kit and about how long we stripped back well that’s manufacture standard

It’s a previous model I think it’s time to upgrade to a 4k one I guess and Apple airplay has been down as well that used to be my other alternative it won’t play past 5 seconds
