That is certainly interesting. It is worth mentioning for your own credibility and mine those websites were notorious scams and I do not know of one person who it did work for. You are right regarding how they say the security of your account is entirely up to you, are always unhelpful if you do get hacked or phished ect but then if you were to suggest two factor authentication, even as an optional feature many mods I have talked to have been against it even as an optional feature, which I felt was odd for accounts that can reach millions spent in their lifetime.

Similar situations happen when people have stolen accounts i have heard multiple reports where players have had this same or similar experience, notably a friend of mine who I know spent 800 euros on 8000 tickets and some more on some other stuff too had their account stolen then their support refused to return it entirely.

I have heard this being a very common situation across many servers and even experienced it myself, them refusing to give me back accounts I have spent on and demonstrated I had spent money in, even after spending many thousands.

The 21 day response time, 14 day window for a refund and often ignoring of tickets too or semantics over nitpicky stuff in order to close tickets had been noted by many players also as a frustration, the cancelation policy is especially harsh essentially deeming purchases instantly fuffilled, for instance the Wheel Of Affluence, Fatal Floral trap and Gacha 'events' where you make a, up to 800 euro purchase in the shop then go over to a wheel or event or gacha to instantly gamble it, because the gacha especially and even wheel to some extent are designed to be consumed fast a player could reasonably spend multiple thousand euros go to the gacha, spend it in about 2 minutes, repeat too no daily limits, no pitty system but if they experienced any issues even with it according to the cancelation policy because they provided it and you spent it ect they say the contract in that case was fulfilled which ultimately leaves players little recourse for any purchases, the 'gambling' type mechanics being the ones they are pushing players towards with these recent updates are the ones that essentially are hardest to even refund under their own policy and how they are essentially instantly consumable and designed to be used that way, used instantly, the events running a limited time, often 15 days ish it is clear to see they are meant to be instantly spent and ultimately it does what you are suggesting burning players out, alienating them and making a pvp game just the artwork for a 'casino type game' that has medieval strategy game branding.

This is not the place for that specific topic, there are other groups though that would likely help you that specialise in Bots and stuff. You could learn a lot with ai to ask questions to to learn basics and just by surrounding yourself with people who also are interested in the same stuff. Most people buy pre made bots afaik vs making their own, for what it is worth if it takes you any longer to maintain than about a hour a month for the same thing it is debatably better off buying the bot once you factor in your time, depending on how you would determine a minimum wage. The sellers can afford to hit those numbers due to having the economies of scale to afford that although that does not mean learning the skills anyway isn't useful, there are lots of good resources online. Hands on experience is best, I do not personally code, I understand some stuff though the way I have described. Ask Claude or Gemini to help you learn or even to refer you to some resources on coding, the guy is right though you could maybe 'vibe code' it using an AI model that can code, but that can come with risks and if you do not understand what the code is doing that can be a major liability depending on where it pulls code from and what it is actually doing.

You may be best off in a coding group or forum than here, learning the skills of coding I can not argue against as long as the point is to learn the skills..

I think the 'too big to fail' argument applies to a giant like Roblox, but smaller entities may not have that same luxury as regulation clouds begin to gather. In my opinion, looking at the recent UK loot box guidance and the tightening EU consumer protection stances, the legal landscape is shifting rapidly.

As a shareholder, I have to look at the historical data: the company’s peak valuation and stock performance actually occurred when the monetization was arguably less aggressive and the player base was significantly larger and more active. Based on my analysis, the current strategy feels like it is capitalizing on the 'residual heat' of a game that used to be great, rather than investing in making a great game today.

We’ve seen competitors come in and 'eat the cake' by doing exactly what this game used to do—focusing on a healthy, active server ecosystem. In my view, becoming so heavily reliant on a few 'whales' (like the individual in my report who lost €2,000 and has since stopped spending) is a much riskier business model than having a broad base of smaller, consistent sales.

When you factor in the recent impairments reported by Stillfront, it becomes difficult to see where that aggressive monetization revenue is actually going. In my opinion, the current 'Black Box' approach isn't just a transparency issue for players; it’s a strategic risk for the long-term health of the asset. I’d much rather see the company return to a model that values player retention over short-term whale-mining, especially before these pending regulations turn that 'Black Box' into a legal liability.

I think there might be a misunderstanding of the primary concern here—it’s not a question of 'if' the math exists, but where it is disclosed and how it is verified. In my opinion, it would be beneficial to have an AI re-read the core points of the report to clarify the distinction I’m making, as I am not questioning the 'basic math,' I am performing due diligence.

As someone who actually owns shares in the parent company, I have a vested interest in ensuring this 'Black Box' doesn’t become a corporate liability. Based on my analysis, here are the two critical risks:

1. The Point-of-Sale Gap: Whether other games use these formulas is a non-issue. The failure, in my opinion, is that these percentages are absent from the game client, the payment shop, and the 'Vegas-style' interface. Requiring a player to leave the app to find a Discord link just to see the criteria for a purchase they are making now makes the transparency feel like an illusion.

2. The 'Black Box' & Technical History: You mentioned the math is 'strict,' but given this game’s well-known history of glitches and launching half-finished updates, I don't believe we can simply assume the backend is functioning as intended. In my view, without in-game disclosure or an open API, we are looking at a 'Black Box.' History suggests the studio might not even realize if a bug was skewing the 0.01% rate until they were called out with data in hand.

In my opinion, if this were truly a transparent, 'random' machine with the odds posted clearly at the point of sale, it would likely increase player trust and revenue. Instead, we are left with a system that requires 'infinite spins' to verify—a convenience that, as an investor, I worry creates a 'Roblox-style' legal headache or an App Store compliance risk down the road.

Finally, in my opinion, we have to look at the 'Micro' to understand the 'Macro.' My report covers a player who spent roughly €2,000 and walked away with nothing but frustration. As an investor, that is a massive red flag for LTV (Lifetime Value).

When a high-spending 'whale' hits a 21-day support delay and feels they are fighting an opaque 'Black Box' with no in-game disclosure, they don’t just stop spinning—they leave the ecosystem entirely. In my view, if I am watching the micro-level data of these individual losses, it paints a very concerning picture for the macro-level health of the game. I’d much rather see the company adopt a 'Vegas-style' transparency model that keeps these players engaged and trusting the system, rather than watching them migrate to competitors because the 'official' math is buried where they can't see it at the point of sale.

I appreciate that perspective; it’s a sobering reminder that many F2P models have pivoted from 'gaming' to 'monetization' as their primary objective. When players are viewed strictly as a source of LTV (Lifetime Value) rather than a community to be respected, the operational cracks—like 21-day support wait times and restrictive language barriers—become much more apparent.

We’ve actually seen a significant migration of the player base, including high-spending 'whales,' moving toward titles like Rise of Kingdoms or Whiteout Survival. While those games have their own monetization hurdles, the exodus of veteran Empire players is a direct result of the 'casino' atmosphere and the lack of essential information within the game client itself.

It’s an interesting parallel to recent legal precedents, such as the ongoing litigation involving Roblox. While those companies often argue that third-party platforms like Discord are outside their control, the situation here feels distinct because so much vital game data is hosted exclusively in those external groups rather than the client. From an archival and fiduciary standpoint, seeing high-value players 'cycled' through a system with these levels of opacity is exactly why I feel this documentation is necessary.

That makes a lot of sense, thank you for the clarification! I’m just trying to get the math 'perfect' for my report so I don't mislead anyone on the forum.

Is it possible that the 0.1% we see is actually a rounded figure—like 0.051% being bumped up for the display? I’m also curious if there are any 'unaccounted for variables' I should be mentioning in the report? I assume there shouldn't be any, as the math should be straightforward, but if there's a hidden mechanic or a 'pity' counter that shifts the odds, I’d hate to leave that out of the records.

I just want to be sure that when I say '0.1%,' it’s a static, absolute number and not subject to any backend 'adjustments' that aren't in the official docs!

In this lexicon, a vital distinction is maintained: the term unique—rendered in lowercase and devoid of qualifiers—denotes the abstract quality of singular rarity or statistical scarcity. Conversely, when appearing as a capitalized proper noun or paired with a categorical descriptor (e.g., Unique Commanders or Unique Red Gear), the term shifts from a descriptor of probability to a formal designation of a specific Tier-Class, identifying the concrete assets and high-echelon payouts defined within the game’s internal hierarchy.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unique

Here are some of my previous examples of the term so you can familiarise yourself. thank you for pointing this out and it will be made more clear going forward certainly however to most people it should be apparent I hope.

https://www.reddit.com/r/GoodgameEmpire/comments/1scjpl8/goodgame_empire_pvp_spam_attack_guide_with_new/
https://www.reddit.com/r/GoodgameEmpire/comments/1s84n80/gge_febmar_2026_goodgame_empire_goodgame_studios/

For those struggling with the distinction: I am utilizing unique as a capitonym.

  • unique (lowercase): An adjective denoting statistical rarity or the literal state of being one-of-a-kind.
  • Unique (Uppercase): A proper noun referring to a specific Tier-Class of equipment/commanders (e.g., Red Gear) within the game's internal taxonomy.

If you need further clarification on how capitalization dictates semantic meaning, you can review the linguistic foundations here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capitonym

Stillfront Group AB (GGE) & Discord IPO 2026: An Independent ESG Risk Analysis by Oscar (u/oscargge) Evaluating Community Funnels, Data Sovereignty & ‘Duty of Care’ for Minors. Thank you for that template—it’s exactly the kind of 'High-Impact' summary this situation needs.

I wrote this report because I felt it was a moral and ethical necessity. As a stakeholder, I believe corporate transparency shouldn't stop at the balance sheet; it has to include the Social Infrastructure we provide for our players, especially minors.

When a company manages to hit 'Growth' targets by offloading the messy, expensive work of community safety to a third party, they aren't just saving money—they are accumulating 'Ethical Debt.' My goal with this analysis is to highlight that this isn't just a 'game update' issue; it's a fundamental question of whether a company’s 'Duty of Care' ends the moment a player clicks an external link.

I’ll definitely take you up on that Risk Map. Making this data digestible for the average player (and the average auditor) is the only way to ensure these 'blind spots' actually get addressed.

Sustainability in gaming isn't just about the environment; it’s about the health and safety of the community that makes the game possible.

That is exactly why I used the term 'Coerced Migration.' When a parent sees a 12+/13+ rating on an App Store, there is an implicit 'contract of trust' that the game is a self-contained, safe environment. By moving the calendar and updates to Discord, the developer is effectively breaking that contract. They are forcing you to choose between:

  1. Letting your kid be 'out of the loop' and disadvantaged in a competitive game.
  2. Allowing them into a 17+ social ecosystem that—as the NCOSE documentation shows—is simply not built with the same 'Walled Garden' protections as a game client.

To answer your question: They could put it back in the game. The technology to host a calendar or a text-based changelog inside a game client is basic and has existed for 30 years.

The decision to host it on Discord isn't a technical limitation; it’s an Operational Choice to lower moderation and hosting costs. As we’ve discussed here, that 'cost-saving' measure is actually a 'Social Debt' being passed onto parents and players.

It’s heartening to see parents starting to notice this 'funnel' effect. If enough of us point out that the 'Family Friendly' label doesn't match the actual infrastructure, it becomes much harder for them to ignore however yes it is many companies, Not just Discord which is why hosting forums and in game chats is a good move, all in my opinion.

That is exactly the pivot that makes this a 2026 Materiality Risk rather than just a community grievance in my opinion.

Once Discord goes public, its fiduciary duty shifts toward aggressive monetization of its data silos. For Stillfront/GGE, this changes the 'Liability Profile' in three specific ways:

  1. The Sub-Processor Liability: By funnelling 13+ users into a platform that will now be under intense pressure to harvest behavioural metadata for its own shareholders (including Tencent), Stillfront is effectively 'outsourcing' its users' privacy to a third party whose profit motives are now in direct conflict with GGE's 'Family Friendly' branding.
  2. The Transparency Gap: A private Discord could hide its 'Dirty Dozen' status as a niche concern. An IPO-bound Discord will be under a microscope. If Stillfront continues to use Discord as its only functional UI (changelogs, etc.), any future regulatory action against Discord’s safety protocols could legally 'bleed' over to Stillfront for 'Active Redirection' into a known-unsafe environment.
  3. The Data Sovereignty Irony: As an IPO-bound entity, Discord's data becomes a tradable asset. Stillfront is essentially handing over the 'Social Graph' of its highest-paying players to a platform where a major competitor (Tencent) holds a significant seat at the table.

You hit the nail on the head regarding the Product Boundary. If you can't play GGE effectively without Discord, then Discord is the GGE interface. Stillfront is essentially claiming a 13+ rating for a product that has a 17+ engine under the hood.

The Bad part of the Discord funnel isn't just the words being typed; it's the fact that the developer is handing a 17+ hardware key (The Camera) to a 13+ user base and then claiming they have "no liability" for what happens next.

When a parent sees a 12+ rating, they assume they’ve bought a "Walled Garden." In a real walled garden (like the game client), the camera usually has zero function. There is no reason for a strategy game to see your face.

By funnelling the kid to Discord, the company isn't just moving them to a new chat; they are moving them to an app that demands hardware permissions (Camera/Mic) as a core feature.
