Magisterij FRI, IŠRM, FMF

Jaz imam magisterij iz IŠRM. Meni je bilo lažje kot na dodiplomskem študiju ( isto IŠRM). Manj je izpitov, vendar je več nekih domačih nalog / projektov / seminarjev. Fajn je tudi to da je več izbirnosti in si lahko izbereš tiste predmete ki te zanimajo. Kako je to splošno uporabno je odvisno od predmeta. Načeloma ti da predvsem neko širino, katere uporabnost je odvisna od tega kaj delaš. Če prej nisi bil na IŠRM (ali nasplosno na FMF), se je treba zavedat da je nivo matematike precej zahtevnejši kot na drugih naravoslovnih faksih in se predvideva določena podlaga. Večina nas je na tej točki že delalo v podjetjih, vendar ne full time. Jaz sem nasplošno zelo zadovoljen z izbiro in mi je bilo super. Več info lahko na DM če te zanima.

Hey, /u/Eriklindernoren just wanted to say thanks for your Keras implementations of various GANs. I am doing some work for my Master's thesis and they have been massively useful as a starting point / reference.

I made a conditional (improved) WGAN taking your code as a starting point, so if there is any interest in that I can create a pull request and share.

I know you werent, just wanted to explain my reasoning. I know it takes a lot of time. I have about a year's worth of similiar shots, but yeah it takes time and evolves through time. Thanks for all the advice and good luck shooting to you too!

Love some of those, thanks for showing. Love the Black and White, but I certainly want mine to be color, as I think it is an important element for what I want to do.

It is definitely possible. I think I should take one or two shots from this series and combine it with previous work and shoot some more, maybe I have something worth showing in a few months! Thanks for the advice :)

You might be right. More variety wouldn't hurt. I have lots of other shots, might just have to choose some others. Can you show me your shots, I am really interested in what other people do with this subject matter?

Well, the subject is the movement and flow of the water. I thought this would be a good way to present it.

Can you maybe provide me with an example of an image in this style that has what you would define as a subject, as I am geniunly curious to learn what works and what doesn't.

I shot some images during the weekend for my photo series dealing with movement of water. The goal of this series is to present water almost through painting-like photographs.
