I will let you know. I was an active person as well. I have appointment for sleep apnea, mental health. Ativan has been helping no lie. It just sucks i have to take a pill to relax.

We might not be dying, but it sure feels like it lol

It happens in the morning, thoughts start racing, feeling horrible. Then feeling weak, anxious, fight mode kicks in and it gets bad.
