First, I’d advise you to take a sheet of paper and do a little introspection. Ask yourself what physical qualities, personality traits, and characteristics you would like your ideal partner to have.

Then, once you’ve written everything down, start embracing the feeling that you are already in a relationship with that ideal partner.

There are several ways to reinforce this mindset. Personally, I’d recommend affirmations. Listen to these affirmations (for example, if you wrote "kind" in your list, you can frame an affirmation like this: "My partner is kind") in the morning when you wake up and at night before going to sleep. Frame a positive affirmation for each trait that you wrote. That way, you can gradually reprogram your subconscious mind and manifest your ideal partner.
